Redeam, a digital ticketing and redemption provider for suppliers of tours and activities, has created a new channel management platform that automates various aspects of distribution.
The Redeam API creates a single connection between reservation and ticketing systems and nearly 400 online travel agencies and resellers worldwide, including GetYourGuide and Groupon.
The system automates real-time inventory, demand-based pricing and transmission of sales data between third-party ticket sellers and reservation system providers.
“The rapid adoption of reservation systems and the growth of online and mobile booking has made simplified connectivity a necessity for operators and distributors,” says Melanie Ryan Meador, Redeam president and CEO.
